Feedback and Complaints

The University of Florence provides students with a dedicated web platform designed to

listening to their needs: The Student’s Voice.

Students can anonymously submit reports, suggestions, complaints, or compliments about their PhD Programme.

All submissions are handled by the Chair of the PhD Programme. After assessing any critical issues and collaborating with the relevant parties, the Chair proposes the most effective solutions and provides a prompt feedback to the student.
